How to Make a Bandana Face Covering in 60 Seconds
Recently, Mayor Eric Garcetti urged residents of Los Angeles to wear face coverings in public to slow the spread of Covid-19. We put together this little video to show you how to make one from a bandana with no sewing required. By making your own cloth face covering you can help reserve medical grade masks for the doctors, nurses and other frontline healthcare professionals who need it the most. Note: face coverings are not meant to be a substitute for social distancing and staying at home.
What You'll Need:
— 2 hair elastics or rubberbands (looser ones work better)
— A bandana or handkerchief (any similarly sized piece of cloth will work)
