An Ikebana Workshop with Studio Mondine

On a sunny morning last week we hosted an Ikebana flower arranging workshop with our friend Amanda Luu of Studio Mondine to celebrate the launch of our Spring 24 collection. "I first discovered Ikebana on a trip to Tokyo and quickly fell in love with its principles of silence, minimalism and the play of shape and line. This shift has helped my own design practice, reminding me that simplicity has the power to make a lasting impact" says Tessa. Guests wore looks from our new collection and sipped on drinks decorated with Disco Cubes' botanical ice while learning the Japanese art of ‘making flowers come alive.’ Providing the perfect vessel for each floral creations were handmade ceramics graciously provided by X.
